Each batch of fruit then goes through the careful stage of hand sorting to remove any spoiled, dented or damaged fruit. This process is used to avoid change of taste or acidity.
The olive fruits are transported within hours of picking to the mill using the proper guide lines to ensure no loss of quality during the transit.
At the mill, our experts follow each step to make sure the fruit is not mishandled in any way. From the unloading of the fruit to the final stage of filling the mini tanks, our expert keeps his eyes on the fruits to deliver the olive oil desired.
